Bases:

- Plastic artists Can participate worldwide, without age limit
The measures will not be superior to 50 centimeters, in anyone of their sides, including the frame. The works must be framed and ready to hang.

- Free Subject, technique and style. (painting, sculpture, engraving, drawing.)

- The works will have to be sent by agency of transport (preferably), by traditional mail or personally a: Cultural association Airs of Cordova. C Arguiñán, 2. 14002 Cordova (Spain). The shipment of works to the mentioned direction will be on behalf of the participants.

- The price of inscription will be of 40 euros by work, that will pay to the participant artist when depositing the work. A maximum of 2 works by artist will be admitted. For artists pertaining to CIALEC, the price by work it will be of 30 euros.

- Each artist will along with give to the work a card with his name, nationality like the title and sale price of his work.

- A card or díptico with the participants will be published. The Association will be in charge of the correct diffusion of the event in mass media, as well as in the cultural magazine Airs of Cordova.

- The Organization will guarantee the maximum care in the treatment and guards of works, during the time that these remain in their power, declining all responsibility by the flaws or losses that could be originated. Autor/a resigns thus to any type of claim by this concept. Participation defenses will not be given, although to the participants who ask for them it will be able to seal a delivery note.

- Once finalized the exhibition, the participants will be able to retire works presented/displayed during the fifteen following days to the closing. The work return will be able to be asked for through agency of transports, in this case with position to the artist. Passed the term fixed, the works that have not been gathered will consider donated to this Organization, for their Artistic and Cultural Bottom, or in order that this one collects resources to use them in the cultural and social taking of steps without profit spirit, according to they establish its Social Statutes.  The Cultural Association will not run with cost some of work return nor will take care of requests of return outside the dates established in these bases.

- And the case that the participation surpassed the capacity of Room Airs, the Organization reserves the right of distributing to the participant artists in two turns that would show their works of successive form.

- All the participants, by the mere fact to participate, accept the complete content of these Bases. Any doubt on the interpretation of Bases will be solved unilaterally by the Cultural Association Airs of Cordova of unquestionable form. - These Bases written up in the Spanish language are the solely valid officials and. These Bases will be able to be translated to other languages, but the written up ones in Spanish will only be binding. The Cultural Association Airs of Cordova delegates all responsibility derived from the incorrect or incomplete reproduction of Bases on any means of diffusion that does not depend directly on her.
